Account Manager
REQUIREMENTS
- Highly organized.

- Keen sensibilities, with a desire to discover and fulfill the needs of clients and end-users.
- Evaluate research data and develop strategy based on company protocol.
- Self-motivated with the ability to take charge or play a supporting role.
- Must have SEO, digital media, and content marketing knowledge/ experience.
- Refuses to get stuck in a rut… but understands how repetitive the work can become.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and develop project flows that are simple and easy-to-follow.
- Corporate style development – communicate effectively with client, sales, and production staff.
- Work closely with clients, designers, producers, and marketers to develop extraordinary product.
- Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the sales and executive teams.
Designer
REQUIREMENTS
- Good taste and accepts being challenged.
- Strong portfolio featuring examples of design work.
- Keen product sensibilities, with a desire to discover and fulfill the needs of clients and end-users.
- Experience designing a variety of graphics applications.
- Self-motivated with the ability to take charge or play a supporting role.
- Formal design education may be a plus or a minus.
- Refuses to get stuck in a rut… engages in creative mind quests for the benefit of the client.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design flows that are incredibly simple and elegant.
- Corporate style development – everything from infographics and business cards to websites and presentations.
- Work closely with other designers, producers, and marketers to develop extraordinary product.
- Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the rest of the account management and exec teams.
Sales & Business Development
REQUIREMENTS

- Experience with content marketing, video, SEO, and social media
- Confident Closer: an energetic and driven professional
- Successful track record of developing and managing self-initiated sales objectives.
- Clear, concise communication skills, solid business sense and presentation skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Business card and cell phone… and you can make it rain.
- Maintain client relations – build your pipeline, present and close the deals. Repeat.
- Work closely with exec team, account managers and clients to present extraordinary product.
- Contribute to strategic decisions with the account management and exec teams.
Video Production Staff
REQUIREMENTS
- Good taste and accepts being challenged.
- Strong portfolio featuring examples of video production work.
- Keen product sensibilities, with a desire to discover and fulfill the needs of clients and end-users.
- Experience producing a variety of corporate videos.
- Self-motivated with the ability to take charge or play a supporting role.
- Formal production education may be a plus or a minus.
- Refuses to get stuck in a rut… engages in creative quests for the benefit of the client.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Storyteller who can execute project vision.
- Corporate style development – everything from field and studio production to video editing and distribution.
- Work closely with other designers, producers, and marketers to develop extraordinary product.
- Contribute to strategic decisions with the rest of the account management and production teams.
